Clearing the leaves

We love all our trees at Canon Burrows, giving us all clean air to breath as they swallow up that CO2 and produce oxygen BUT they do leave a lot of leaves to clear! On Thursday November 15th, armed with rakes and wheelbarrows, Mrs Thompsons Eco warriors cleared; Beech, Sycamore, Silver Birch, Ash, Oak, Apple, Willow and  probably a whole lot more leaves from the playgrounds, paths and gardens around school, The children worked so hard they even found time to clear the steps down to the valley making everybodys walking and running around school much safer.
