An introduction to the World Wars.

This week we looked at pictures and artefacts from three periods in time: but we weren't given any more clues!

After lots of discussion, many of us grouped the pictures into World War 1 and World War 2 - using some of the facts that we found out at the imperial war museum. We placed these onto a timeline, before we worked out that the final group of pictures were from the Battle Of Waterloo. After this we did some more reading and research on the Battle of Waterloo and World War 1- finding out the causes and who was involved in the conflict. 

We were really impressed with all your knowledge and reasoning when putting the pictures onto a timeline, and deciding which time period they belonged to.
