Week Beginning Monday 2nd December (Autumn 2 Week 5)

Date: 4th Dec 2019 @ 8:44pm

Update on Learning

Excitement was brimming over on Monday as we had a visit from Father Christmas who delivered school a Christmas tree.

This week we have been practising our songs for the Nativity Play, ‘Mary’s knitting’, on Friday 13th December. Please get in touch with the office if you have not yet ordered your tickets.

We have been carrying on our learning about shape. The children have been designing their own shape pictures. We have been impressed with their creativity.

On top of this, we have been training to be elves and beginning to use ‘The Stickman’ within our learning.

Next week we will be making Cards with the children. We would love if you could send in a first class stamp with your child so that we can walk the children to the post box to post them out to you.

Please send in a stamp by Monday 15th December.

Home Learning Task
To be handed in Wednesday 11th December

We would like you to make your own Christmas tree! Practice your cutting out skills and cut out each bauble. Cut out the Christmas tree too! Then colour the tree and the baubles and stick the baubles on to the tree. We will display your Christmas trees in the classroom. Don’t forget to write your full name on the back of your tree
